We are a remote-first business. This means that all of our consultants work from home primarily without needing to commit to coming into an office. This allows for a great work-life balance, better relationships and an overall healthier workforce.

We have a network of coworking spaces that our team has access to which means that if they want to change the scenery, they can. We also do some work onsite, meaning we visit clients to help them solve problems.

To foster relationships with each other we plan regular company events including regular company dinners. This way you still get to know the people that you work with face-to-face without the formality of an office.
